Just needed a new desktop picture. This one features Yuuki and Kaname from Vampire Knight Guilty. To tell you the truth, I'm kind of okay with this couple just because Kaname isn't a complete jerk like most people think he was, but I'm kind of tired of how many Yuuki x Zero fangirls there are too..

Any way, I'm getting into the habit of changing my desktop each time I watch a new anime, but I just completed VKG yesterday, and I'm going to start Rozen Maiden rather soon. I'm really liking this wallpaper, so I may not change it until after a while (or until I find a really nice Rozen Maiden wallpaper).

Since I probably will never get to complain about this any where else on this site, I would just like to say I'm kind of disappointed in the second season. I was expecting it to be a lot better, especially since I had high expectations after watching the first season. They kind of made the series go by a little too fast, and made some parts confusing. I still do not completely understand the second season, but it looks like they may be setting up for the third season.

The three main characters got kind of tiring and repetitive, and there really wasn't something new or very unexpected, unless you count that thing that happens to Yuuki (not spoiling), but really, the whole point of the series seems to be centered around her. Heck, the vampires actually have to protect her (sorry, a little spoiler there), and it gets old after a while.

It bothers me how innocent Yuuki is too. They kind of make her a little too perfect, but hey, a lot of people still love her, so I guess there is just something wrong with me. I do not hate her or anything, but I'm just saying that if you want to make a character very appealing, they should have some kind of bad qualities. I do not really count the whole "hurting Zero by constantly going back to Zero" as being an entirely bad quality because it still benefits her. In my opinion, I think Rima and Aidou are pretty admirable characters. I'm glad they actually got a slightly bigger part in the second season.
